Fondant is a moldable icing used to make an item look very smooth. It is also used to create distinct shapes or colors on the desserts. It has a powdered sugar base, which makes it too sweet for some people. It is put on over a layer of frosting, though, making it easy to remove if desired.

-milk
-dark
-raspberry
